if you think that this life is real, you're mistaken. it's a dream. we all live in dreams, but it's the content of the dream that makes each individual's life different, or sometimes, even special. my dream for Alkis' Party scheduled for the night of Christmas Eve was not a complicated dream, a wish for a sentimental kind of revival of the old days of Factory. it was a simple dream. that all his friends would gather for a last time, have a drink, listen to music, and honour their friend's departure the way HE would like it to happen. a simple, happy dream, by all means. you may say that this was a dream within another larger, unfortunate dream, and that the reality of dreams does not exclude the possibility that a dream within a dream may be shattered. you are right, but actually none of this happened. you know, alkis is laughing his ass off from wherever he is. i would!
his friends continue to cannibalize each other in life, in death and beyond. and there is comfort in the familiar.
i never met the man but from what i heard he was the kind that i would love to work with and that says a lot for me.
nikolaki, if i die before you do, i do want you to give one last fight for me just for the fun of it and for old times' sake.
but don't forget that as miss alexiou sang, "tous filous tous dalegoume, gi afto den tous pedevoume...".
so, since you are the oldest and it's the season to be jolly and kind, pick up the phone and make up with everybody and i'm sure when the waters are calmer you'll find a way to understand their view.
till then i wish you and angelo a happy new year with all kinds of delicious surprises and some fights thrown here and there to keep the blood flowing!
