A movie shot in 1970 and completed posthumously 1978,

Albert Lamorisse was commissioned by the Iranian state

to make a film showing the beauties of Iran

it was 85% shot with helicopter flying over lakes,

ancient civilizations,

beautiful huts,

modernist architecture,

urban lifestyle,

under the auspices of a flamboyant and arty royal family

where glass palaces

and

the neon signs of Tehran

and a dam where helicopter crashed and sent to death the entire crew
